As an Executive Coach and Business Psychologist, I support individuals and teams in navigating complexity, strengthening focus and confidence, and reducing overwhelm – particularly when what used to work no longer does. My work is practical, evidence-based and grounded in real-world leadership and business challenges.
A distinctive part of my practice is an ADHD-aware coaching lens. I work with adults with ADHD (diagnosed or suspected), people experiencing cognitive overload or executive-function challenges, and those supporting or leading neurodiverse individuals. This lens is especially relevant during life and career transitions, periods of rapid growth, or times of sustained pressure.
Alongside my coaching work, I advise organisations and investors on leadership alignment, people strategy and performance – helping translate strategy into sustainable execution.
