You see, I come from a corporate background in financial planning, change management and business transformation, and have managed large groups of people across my career.
Being a ‘people person’, leading and inspiring teams came naturally to me, but I noticed that it wasn’t always so easy for many of my colleagues to do the same.
I had a deep desire to share what worked for me with other managers, so that they could better connect with their staff and show up to work authentically.
