Hi, I’m Mala Webber, a Buyers Agent with PropSearch, a boutique property advisory based in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

I work with home buyers and property investors to help them navigate the property market and secure the right opportunities with confidence. Buying property in Sydney, particularly in competitive areas like Coogee, Bondi, Randwick, Maroubra and the wider Eastern Suburbs, can be complex and fast-moving. My role is to guide clients through the process, helping them identify the right properties, assess value, and negotiate effectively.

Many of the people I work with are Eastern Suburbs homeowners who love where they live but are looking to build long-term wealth through property. With Sydney prices continuing to rise, a common strategy is purchasing an investment property in another high-growth area while continuing to live locally. I help clients understand their options, research suitable locations, and secure investment properties that align with their financial goals.

Before moving into property advisory, I spent over 15 years working in marketing, digital strategy and communications. That background gives me a strong foundation in research, data analysis and strategic thinking – skills that are incredibly valuable when evaluating property opportunities and understanding market trends.

I often work with busy professionals and families who don’t have time to search the market themselves, as well as Eastern Suburbs homeowners considering buying their first investment property but unsure where to start.

As an Eastern Suburbs local and mum of two, I care deeply about the community and the people who live here. I enjoy helping buyers make informed decisions and approach property with clarity, confidence and a long-term perspective.
